JORGE REFUGIO GOMEZ. passed away on October 17, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He is survived by His Loved Wife Isabel, His children Jorge Refugio Gomez, His Daughters Cynthia and Marylou, His Grandchildren Adeleen, Krista Bell, Lyvia and Paulina, Maximiliano and Diego, and His Brothers Angel, Carlos and Jose and His  Sister Rosa.
